Dear Sir,

I am directed by the Public Trustee to thank you for your letter of the 31st ultimo and to say that he will shortly obtain possession of the certificates for shares in your Company comprised in the Board of Trade Order No.3. relating to the Deutsche Bank, and he will thereafter take the necessary steps through the Law Courts Branch of the Bank of England to obtain possession of the monies

payable in respect of such shares in the liquidation of the Company.

Before taking any further steps in the matter the Public Trustee will be glad to clear up any outstanding difficulties arising from differences between the particulare of the shares included in the Order and those contained in the register of your

Company.

It would seem that the iteme mentioned in your letter

other than the first two, are correct, and it would seem that the

first item of 300 Ordinary shares registered in the name of Wilhelm Alfred Westphal is the same as that mentioned in the order and atated to be in the joint names of Heinrich Amsinck Westphal and Wilhelm Alfred Westphal,

It would also seem that the 250 ordinary shares stated in

the Order to be registered in, the names of Wilhelm Alfred Westphal

and Heinrich Amsinck Westphal form part of the 254 shares mentioned
